Personnel

The personnel of BDR are well-qualified employees who have sufficient knowledge in the different aspects of rehabilitation, Reconstruction, Development and women development issue of Afghanistan. BDR personnel have worked out in the international agencies as well as in the government of Afghanistan.

1. Khan Agha Dawoodzai, Director

Education: BSC Civil Engineering, MBA Management

Experience: 17 years in implementing Emergency, Rehabilitation and Development projects, Training and Capacity building projects through NGOs and United Nation inside Afghanistan and for Afghan Refugees in NWFP Pakistan

2. Huma Baksh Deputy
Education: BCS, Bachelor of Computer Science
Speaks English, Dari and Pashto fluently
Experience:
Two years as ESL Teacher
Six months as Project Manager, Computer and English Language Training course Implemented by: Afghan Women's Association for Development and Rehabilitation (AWARD) Funded by: GTZ
One month as surveyor in different provinces of Afghanistan surveyed by Horus Banque et Finance, Paris, France.

3. Wais Ahmad Wardak Program Manager
Education: BSC Sociology
Experience: 10 years experience in working on different projects with international NGOs, United Nation.

4. Hessamudin Shahi, Admin and Finance Manager

Qualification: Baccalaureate of Arts
Experience: 13 years as Logistician in different governmental organization



5. Farib Dawood, Head of health Section

Qualification: Medical doctor

Experience: 8 years of experience with in deferent hospitals and NGOs.





6. Miss Zahera, Head of Women Development Center

Education: MD in Kabul Medical Faulty

Experience:
4 years experience in different income Generation, Skill Training projects for women with International NGOs
3 years as ESL teacher in different English Language Centers in Pakistan, Speaks English, Persian and Pashto fluently


7. Sultan Ali, Head of Education, vocational Trainings, Income generation Section

Education: Science Faculty of Kabul University Graduate

Experience: 25 years of Experience in different government Education institutions and 4 years of experience education sector with NGOs.

8. Eng. M.Taher, Head of Construction Section

Education: BSC Civil Engineering

Experience: 15 Years working in different Government institutions.


9. Shamsurahman Dawoodzai, IT Manager

Education: IT collage graduate Peshawar Pakistan
He has passed all his exams online and has received his certificates from
Microsoft Company.

Experience: Tow years of experience in making Database, networking, SaftwarDevelopment, Hardware and Internet.



10. Eng, Abdul Hadi Training Manager

Education: Since faculty graduates,
Experience: 10 years experience in provision of different Training and workshops.

Miss Fasanya Stella Oluwabukola, Training advisor (online volunteer)

Education: Diploma in information Technology, BSC Public Administration

Experience: 10 years Experience in Training, programs, information Technology.
